Go to a doctor in Knoxville… the staff that works in his office are very unprofessional, they don’t notify patients of change or that their procedure has been canceled…I called his office every week for six weeks to see when I was rescheduled for my procedure and they had no idea…his staff never called me…

He does seem rushed at times but what doctor isnt... Dr. Sachdev will atleast take the time to set with you and ask if you have had any problems since last visit and he stays on top of things... Goood Doctor

great staff.. Nice guy but doesn't seem to be top of the line doctor. Bedside manner is fair but doesn't explain procedures well. Surgical procedure went well but not sure if I would recommend to my family or friends.

At my first consultation the waiting room was packed even though my appt. was early in the morning. They had overbooked. Very long wait. The day of my colonoscopy, I was kept waiting almost three hrs. past my scheduled time. Afterwards he said everything was fine and no signs of any problems but set a followup appt. anyway. Scheduled for 8:05 in the morning,they didn't even open the office door until 8:15 and then told me the doctor was not going to be in and someone should have called me...well no one did and I find that unacceptable. I did not reschedule and will never see him again and will urge anyone I can to not see this unprofessional doctor.

I liked this doctor , he seemed very knowledgeable. And seemed like he cares for his patients and tries to help them. I would highly recommend him.
