This office has a patient rep at the front desk who wears glasses, and has salt & pepper dreadlocks. I call her Angel. Here’s why. Keep reading, cuz it’s cool. You never know what people are going through, and If you’ve ever had a daily dose of red level pain, you know how doom feels. That pain can really mess with your mind. The last thing you need while facing it are tone deaf, incompassionate & impatient staff members who can’t even afford to give you eye contact. ?? The first time I came to see Dr. Z was also the first time I’d driven since having my neck broken in a car accident. When it came time to leave, Angel saw my fear and panic, and responded with such compassion that it brought tears to my eyes. Her uncommon kindness in that moment has had a great impact on my life and how I deal with other people. The office manager is this upbeat, but tone deaf Asian chick. She, and the other staff MEHmbers seem to ignore Angel’s excellent example. They act like patients… should apologize for making them come to work. ?? But I’ve watched Angel time and again be the gold standard for patient care. Dr. Z is a great practitioner. If the front desk staff MEHmbers can get on Angel’s level and see patients as more than a broken herd, this practice will be closer to providing a continuous standard of care. Best to all!

Helpful, understanding and Compassionate, Dr. Z was the first doctor I felt comfortable with after moving to the Bay area.

Pain management is a difficult specialty, but Dr. Zereshki is extremely knowledgeable and communicable, and he's great at his work.
