Anytime I call the office to make of change an appointment, I can never get through. The answering machine is always full. There is never anyone available to answer the phone. Very frustrating.

I've been a patient of Dr Hatfield for 6 years now. I have always hated going to the doctor. I don't dread my appointments every month with Dr Hatfield. Everything is laid back yet professional at the Hatfield Clinic. Both Dr Hatfield and his head nurse have a wealth of knowledge and have been very accurate in diagnosing any problem I've had. I've always been treated more like a friend than a patient there. They have gone above and beyond to help me save money on several expensive prescriptions I have needed in the last several years. Everything from coupons to samples to prevent me from having to pay outrageous prices for meds. That was a huge help during a time when I was without insurance. If you're looking for a doctor that won't treat you like just another number, try the Hatfield Clinic. They make a trip to the doctor a lot less dreadful.

I know Dr Hatfield takes care of each of his patients as well as he possibly can. I Have certainly seen this doctor for more than 20 years so my comments maybe somewhat biased. When you get used to someone, and then see another professional, then you understand why you're going to Dr. Hatfield in the first place. Sure I've seen a couple other doctors, but Dr. Hatfield pretty much knows my entire medical history and there is a certain trust factor and bond and I see him 3X a year. I know live in Myrtle beach but I will travel 4 hours to see him and after some rest because of my back, that has disabled me since 2001, I will painfully drive back 4 hours. I think he will help you but don't expect him to just give you very addicting painkillers for something minor, cause he won't do it under any circumstances...

Dr. is interested and honestly concerned with your problem.

Dr. Hatfield is my excellent doctor. He is caring, understanding and a pleasure to be arouond with and talk to.My two sons are patients of his and they too are quite satisfied. Would not have another doctor. Hope he never retires...or goes away.

Dr. Hatfield has always been there when I have been sick, and his staff is super nice and helpful. I couldn't imagine going to see another doctor! Very intelligent and caring doctor.
