If I could give 0 stars I would. My 19 year son was recently diagnosed with UC and while away at COLLEGE he requested for his medication to be refilled. The nurses basically just tossed his concerns aside because he wasn’t able to get to a lab right when they wanted him too. Again, he’s AWAY at school, dealing with a new condition that was and is getting worse because he was without his medication for almost 3 months!!! The attitude of the staff is absolutely reprehensible. I understand there are processes but your job is help your patients and you left him to get worse! He was once an active athlete and now is so tired all the time and barely wants to leave the house. This should have never gotten to this point! He now has to try a new protocol because he was off for so long that the symptoms are now worse and he’s miserable. I would not recommend this doctor or his staff that answers messages/questions to anyone.

I'm a 23 year old woman with chronic colon issues. I recently moved to Indianapolis and was referred to Dr. Aggarwal for a flare up. Dr. Aggarwal dismissed my concerns and has made no effort to return my calls or address my concerns despite the fact that I've spoken to his nurse 3 times over the last 6 weeks and she's promised to have him contact me each time. I can only assume that this is because my test results came back normal. However, I'm still having symptoms. I'm beyond frustrated, scared, in pain, and wish that I had been referred literally anywhere else.
