As a former patient, I can tell you that she does not have any business being a doctor. She has zero compassion for her patients and if she doesn’t like you, she will eventually push you out. The practice seems to only be worried about money. I once witnessed a woman be told to leave for having a $10 balance and she vas very ill and was previously not informed of the bill and was not prepared to pay anything that day. Very sad. Good luck getting anything resolved with this “doctor”. She refers out for everything, and you will leave there feeling like literally you went there for nothing. Seriously I would stay away!

If you don't want the doctor or nurse to call you back during business hours ever then this is the office for you. The staff is rude and they either don't get the doctor or nurses messages or the doctor just doesn't care about returning patients calls. My mom was sick and needed to speak to a nurse and she waited 4 days and never got a return call after leaving 2 messages begging them to call her. The receptionist
told her to go to the ER during Dr Sartor's business hours! Why would she do that when she knows what meds my mom was on and all her health history. My pharmacist told me they have trouble with this office communicating with them also! Stay away! The doctor seems nice but very young and I don't think she has much experience. The office is nice, new and clean but the staff is horrible. She needs help finding a staff because this is the worst staff I have ever seen in a doctor's office! The Doctor even admitted she let a staff member go because she wasn't returning phone calls. Unfortunately, the incompetence continued after that staff member was fired.

I researched for a new physician and found Dr Sartor. I tired to make an online appointment with here but the system gave me an appointment with a PA. I called the office,and was told it was a problem but they rescheduled the appointment with the DR. I received an email message about an upcoming appointment and went to the site to fix/find out what was going on...I called the office. This round of ridiculousness happened a few times so I finally called and said "Cancel all appointments this is too confusing." A couple of months later I get a bill for a missed appointment. I call the number on the bill (Georgia) they tell me they are not affiliated and I need to speak with the office. NOT possible. I have called and called and called, the office manager will not return my call. The Doctor will not return my call and the receptionist will not put me through to voice mail but continues to hang up on me. I have even gone to the office, but apparently there is never anyone in who can speak to me or fix this.
