I had been a long term patient, but Dr. Ralph changed. She no longer has time for her patients, rushes through the exam, and gets impatient with questions. I was embarassed by the way she treated friends that I referred to her office. She forgot the reason for her practice - the patients. Don't go to her.
I loved Dr. Ralph at first. But, things have changed. Now Dr. Ralph rushes appointments. It does not feel like she is really listening. She was even texting during one appointment, yikes. :( Frequently no one answers the phone DURING office hours, and there is not even voicemail. She's still awesome at doing pap smears, but I think she has sort of sold out of the 'care' aspect of the job; often these students come in and do the initial exam/intake, then Dr. Ralph comes in for just a flash. I feel like an inconvenience to her. I feel like I have to hurry to try and get my concerns in, she gives about 3 seconds of wait time when she asks a question. Usually this is done standing up, like she is going to flee at any second. Easy money for her, feels shallow and unconcerned for me. She did not even remember that I have a vegan diet (which is a bit noteworthy) and the issues that need to be addressed as a result. I need to find a new doc.
One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. So unprofessional, the staff looks like they're about to do yard work. The staff and doctors bedside manners are deplorable and they don't seem to really care. Its true, there's ease of appointment and promptness because they don't ever have any other patients.
My partner is struggling with weight loss, we know this & wanted to get some advice before she begins her new exercise program. dr aspen didn't seem to listen to us, & did not order the tests we wanted. the dr referred us to her weight loss clinic. We go and same dr prescribed weight loss medicine but did not assist with educating us on other healthy ways to lose weight. this seems like a scam or something since she referred us to herself but at different office...she should have just prescribed the medicine at the first location.
