Why is it every time I need a refill I have to call 3 or 4 times and visit Dr's office 2 times just to have a Rx filled? Receptionist tells me it will get done THAT day but not before several calls visits from me. I run out of medication side effects from not taking blood pressure meds. Not good for my health. I think receptionist is on power trip. Needs to be reported.

Dr. Vega only accepts new patients if you meet her criteria. She will review your prescriptions then if she wants you she will call you and if not you are out 2 weeks waiting for her call back. Very unprofessional and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. If she did care about her patients and community she would actually try to help instead of shunning those away who don't fit what the ideal patient should be. Disappointed that Roswell, NM would employee a practitioner such as Dr. Vega.
