Dr. Aurelia Nattiv, MD

I had the opportunity to be "seen" via 2 phone office meetings regarding issues with my hands. She requested photos, xrays, and to the root of my problems with my hands in a very short period of time. I appreciate her thoroughness, "bedside manner", and being so pleasant. Thank you.

I visited Dr. Aurelia Nattiv today and have to admit that it was very pleasant to deal with a professional and experienced doctor. She was also friendly, considerate and warm. I will have my follow up appointment in a couple of months and look forward to it!

First appointment, I waited 45 minutes in my underwear in her exam room. Second appointment, I waited 30 minutes. Third appointment, I requested the last time slot at end of the day in hopes of eliminating the wait, but this time it was an hour and I just walked out. Ridiculous. Never again.

Dr. Nattiv cured my problem quickly and painlessly. She was kind and knowledgeable.

Dr Natitiv is always running late but thats ok because when you do see her she takes her time in examining you and looking over your history to make sure nothing is missed. She is very experienced in what she does and it shows.

Nightmare! I saw her for 3 years - what a waste. She seems so nice and sweet but she's disorganized and seems to want it that way? She loves to oppose whatever other doctors are telling me, but won't do her job, just help me with my bone density.

Such negative experiences with this doctor and office. Treated me like a number, not a person. Waited over two hours with no apology. Gave useless cortisone injection. Very expensive bills to pay even after insurance.

This woman did not listen to me, did not answer most of my questions, she was more interested in teaching her intern, and, she seemed to be the type of professional that is book smart, follows guidelines and protocals versus a true mastery and deep understanding of her craft. She is an arrogant box checker filling her qoutas. I learned almost nothing from her. Almost a 100% waste of time.

Arrived early for a 3 pm appointment. Didn't even see Dr. Nattiv until 5:40. That's a 2 hour 40 minute wait just to see her. She spent less than 10 minutes with my daughter, who was the patient. Was upset that we hadn't already done lab work, but it was our first appointment with her and we hadn't been told to do any lab work. Asked a few very, very cursory questions that were already in my UCLA file from my main treating doctor. Didn't seem to listen to my daughter's answers and just hurried through to get to her next patient. After I did get the labs done, they never called us with any results. When I did call them they said it was our responsibility to call them so that they would like in the file and send the labs to Dr. Nattiv for her to review. The staff person said that although the lab had sent her office the results, unless I had called, no results would go to the doctor unless they "were life-threatening". When I questioned this process she was rude and all but hung up on me.… All in all a very, very, very negative experience.
