I have been seeing Dr. Alcasabas for years and many of my extended family also are seen by her. I cannot say enough positive things about this fine doctor. Is she always busy? You bet. Do you have to wait for a while to be seen? Usually, but that is because she is trying to take care of a tremendous amount of patients. Is She pretty quick when you go in to see her? Yes, so be prepared to tell her exactly what is going on, and she will diagnose your situation as quickly as possible.No time for dilly dallying. The office staff has always shown the most professional and polite courtesy toward me. ONE FINE LADY!!!

Any time I call for an appointment, I am made to feel like I am imposing and have no right to get sick without a week's notice. Isn't that what a doctor is for? Then I get a hard time if I haven't been there in a few months but why go if I am not sick? Her nurses are rude and do not seem to know what they are doing most of the time. Not enough office hours and no back up. Was referred but I will not be going back.

We have been seeing Dr. Alcasabas in our whole life. We noticed the situation of wait time and the receptionist's attitude are getting worse one time my husband had a pink eye and the nurse who answered the phone was screamed at him that he couldn't be seen that same day. I just called today and wanted to make an appt. I asked about the possible wait time because last time I was there, I waited over 1.5 hours after my appointed time. The nurse who answered the phone went on and on and told me that she couldn't tell me how long I might wait, could be 30 minutes or 2 hours. And if I don't like it, I should pick a different day . Then she basically hung up on me. In my opinion, Dr. All casabas is nice, but a few (or maybe just one) of her staff's attitude was terrible! I don't think I will go to her again.

This Doctor has very limited office hours and no answering service. Not a thorough visit. Very blase attitude
