Dr. Ayal Willner, MD

Dr. WILLNER is an excellent doctor. He was compassionate and thorough with the details of the sinus surgery he performed on our daughter. We couldn’t have asked for better doctor. We appreciate his bedside manner and professionalism.

Dr. willner was kind and spoke with my son like he was a mature 10 yr old. I appreciate him allowing my son to aswer his own questions. The Doctor also took the time to explain in detail so he could understand.

I was assigned to Dr. Willner and saw hi 3 times but I never liked him. I usually like most people. I was born deaf and have always had to regularly see an ENT. I think he was more interested in doing plastic surgeries than actually checking my ears.

I called to get information about scheduling with Dr. Willner. Upon answering the phone the receptionist spoke so fast that I couldn't tell if I had called the right number. She then placed me on a long hold and when she returned to the phone she treated me like I was wasting her time. After I asked my question, I said "Thank you" and she just hung up with zero acknowledgment. After getting this type of treatment from the front office staff, I would not want to bring my child there. Too bad because Dr. Willner seems to be well liked in my community.

Friendly staff, excellent doctor!

Dr. Willner is more than competent, but each time we left the office we felt like he was arrogant. When he did our child's surgery he never came out to the lobby to talk to us before or after the procedure. Then the following day we were stuck at Millers hospital until almost 4pm because he never came to sign my son off to go home, even though everything was clearly fine. At follow up he was borderline condescending. If all you care about is compotence then Willner is fine, but if you want someone that is going to have a good bedside manner, you might consider someone else. We did, and are much happier with our new ENT.

Dr. Willner is thorough and knowledgeable !! The key here is knowledge and EXPERIENCE ! I found him to be a little rushed and busy ! But......he nailed it with my diagnosis and treatment and that's what I came to him for ! Thankful

I walked into S.C.E.N.T. to see the doctor and I was pleasantly surprised about how friendly the front desk staff was. After signing in, I think I waited 15 minutes (which was fine because I was 10 minutes early for my appointment). They walked me to my room and I was impressed with how large and how clean the office was. I waited in my room for about 5 minutes then Dr. Yoshpe walked in with the biggest smile and all my nerves about being at a doctors office were laid to rest. She was so personable and kind. She spent a fair amount of time talking with me about my aches and pains as well as my family and my hobbies. So sweet. I felt so comfortable. Once I was done with my appointment, I took the samples that Dr. Yoshpe gave to me and went up front to check out. The girls up front were able to make my next appointment for me very quickly and I was out the door. The whole time spent there was about 30 minutes, an overall wonderful experience. I came back for my follow up and saw Dr.… Willner that time. My last experience was repeated. what another wonderful doctor they have over there. He was just as nice and approachable as Dr. Yoshpe. I will be bringing the rest of family there as well, as needed. S.C.E.N.T., Dr. Yoshpe and Dr. Willner were wonderful. P.S.The address that appears on this site is incorrect. They are at 433 E. I would not recommend going to see Dr. Willner. He misdiagnosed my daughter, he has horrible bedside manner, he does not follow up with patients, and the wait time in office is long. Find another ENT to go to!!
