I provide family centered care by addressing a child’s physical, emotional, social and developmental needs. My focus is on prevention and early detection through well child visits, immunizations, screenings and patient education. I try to make my patients feel at ease, especially younger children, by creating an environment where they can feel safe and even have fun during their visits.

I highly recommend Dr. Najib as a pediatrician . It is very easy to make an appointment to get in and see her and she always takes as much time as is needed to answer all questions. Dr Najib Is very thorough and conscientious as well as caring, gentle and kind to both my boys. If you are looking for a great pediatrician she is the one for you!

Najib is wonderfully spirited, kept me calm and and confident I was in the right hands.. 5 stitches over my right eye seems like I never had an accident at all.. thank you again Dr. Najib..

Dr Najib has been hands down the best doctor we have come acrossed with for our son and his asthma issues. God bless her and her practice! We were blessed to have been under her care for our only son, while we were stationed in Maryland. I wish we can still go to her, but anyone that needs to think about having her as a physician do not have to think twice! She is passionate about her profession and this is something truly personal for her. She always was hands on and never seemed rushed when dealing with our son and his asthma issues! She is amazing! She took her time to educate us in order to have our son's asthma under control and how to properly prevent another asthma attack! She changed our lives for the better- that is no lie. We are truly greatful for her. Thank you! Thank you so much! God bless..

I have 4 boys in age from 21-9 we are retired military so we have seen our share of Dr's Dr. Najib is by far one of the BEST we gave had the pleasure to have. My boys love her and we trust her and the staff very much.

She is the doctor for all three of my children and we have been going to her for about 8 years. She is caring, takes her time, and listens. I have no complaints!

Dr. Najib is a good doctor. The office staff is wonderful and efficient. I have seldom waited longer than 10 minutes when having an appointment. Dr. Najib has called me at home after an appointment to be sure my child is still doing o.k. I really think she is trying hard to improve her bedside manner, as I have seen improvement over the past couple of years.
