Dr. Ayman Barakat, MD

I am a retired teacher of 39 years and I give Dr. Barakat and his team an A++. Dr. Barakat is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. When you have an appointment, he will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be. I know when I come in to see Dr. Barakat he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file and any other procedures I have had with other doctors who sent them to him (scans, ultrasounds etc.) One of the biggest compliments I can give Dr. Barakat, and his team is that I live about 30 miles, one way, from the center where I see him. My diagnosis requires me to go for a visit several times a month. I am willing to travel for the care I get, my family also supports and encourages this.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr Barakat as my oncologist and I trust him completely. He always answers all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns. Dr Barakat genuinely cares about his patients so I feel safe in his care. Happy patient Zofia Hanula.

I am so pleased with Dr. Barakat as his bedside manners & wit are a welcoming visit. He is very thorough and astute to your issues and questions, with easy to understand explanations. He leaves no stone upturned and believe me, you want this in a physician. It is very hard these days, to find such a diligent and pleasant physician. In light of my having to see an Oncologist period, I do look forward to seeing him. 5 star unequivocally!
