Just a poor doctor that takes easy patients, not enough heart just another useless doctor for patients with serious pain, pick a better doctor if you. Have serious spine pain

Office staff is horrendous! We are still waiting for a referral to be done after 3 months, and when we call, all we get told is that they are working on it. Someone in the office actually told us that every time we call that we get moved to the bottom of the list! Very unprofessional, and actually detrimental to care!

Out of almost 3 years of going there I saw him twice in office. Pre surgical visits took 30 seconds and he spoke to the nurse not me. Never saw him post surgery only PAs. Got yelled at on the phone by a woman who basically told me I was addicted to pain meds. I was not addicted. I lost my disability because my paperwork sat on someones desk for 6 weeks untouched. Was prescribed antibiotic I am highly allergic to. Literally woke up from surgery with horrible sciatica which I never had before. Told me they would refer me to orthopedic surgeon for that. Took almost 5 weeks to get referral not counting time for apointment. I went originally for pinched nerve and he did fix that but I am in more pain now than before!

After many years of pain management I was recommended to see Dr. Qandah. The office staff and his assistants are very professional workers. Dr. Q has made my life return to normal after surgery. My pain is gone now and I couldn't thank him enough for his expertise.

Dr. Qandah and his medical team are very professional. I felt very comfortable and trusted their opinions concerning my medical condition. They helped me throughout the entire process right from the first appointment. All my questions were answered honestly and my concerns were very important to them. Their continued help with the recovery and follow up process has been great. They are there to help and I am very pleased with all they have done.

Only place that does this procedure in our region - with exceptional results. I spent 6 months looking for a surgeon. I drove 2 hrs to New Hartford was evaluated by the team. I had my MRI the same day (amazing office) I then met with Dr. Q as they call him. All I can say he was spectacular he went over my films examined me quickly and confirmed the issues. I next had a. Injection this helped the doctor localize my nerve problem and also treated it. 1 month later I had my Prodisc surgery. I am now 100% back to life. Thank You Alex, Kevin, Reid, Kathy and Dr. Q

I suffered from horrible back pain for years. Went to several doctors, had many different types of treatments and nothing helped. I decided to try one more doctor and went to see Dr. Qandah. After reviewing my imaging, he immediately knew what the issue was. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure he wanted to do. A couple weeks later I had my surgery and as soon as I woke up, I felt relief! It's been three months since my surgery and I am living life without pain. I am finally back to doing the things I love, all thanks to Dr. Q and his amazing staff! Thank you CNY Brain & Spine!!!!

He is simply the best. When 3 other docs got it wrong, I finally had the right diagnosis and his surgery was magic. Fixed the pain. VERY glad I went off word of mouth. There really is no one better around here.

Surgery was 4 weeks ago. I am back to doing what I love. Thank you Dr. Q you are the best.

He doesn’t care to hear your concerns , literally walked out of the room as my husband was trying to ask him questions! My husband is suffering and he treated him like crap and told him to “get some ice and calm down” mind you my husband has legitimate problems! DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE Person!
