I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The staff are extremely rude and disorganized. It is always a struggle just to book an appointment, and even after scheduling, they change the time without asking or confirming with me. There is no sense of respect or consideration for patients. Unfortunately, the doctor herself also comes across as unprofessional and more focused on money than truly caring about her patients’ health and well-being. I would not recommend this office at all.

they leave you on hold for more than 30 minutes and give you an excuse that they are on a call when in reality they are not as this has happened to my wife several times where she needs to call back.

My wife requested a ultrasound to see if the babies measurements were accurate at our 3d ultrasound that we paid for and they refuse to setup an appointment for an ultrasound instead they suggest just changing the due date off nothing.

Terrible customer service. Rep just cuts you off and puts you on hold and splurs out non sense about having multiple calls.

I've been a patient of this doctor for years. She is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She puts time and dedication for every single visit I have made. Dr. Fazilat can answer any question that you have, help with any concern, and provides unbelievable comfort. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone. At any age this doctor can provide any services that you may require. I am really lucky to find a doctor like her.
