Dr. Boccia has the best bedside manners. She is in tune with her patient.

GREAT DOCTOR..

Dr. Boccia is wonderful caring doctor,who takes time to know her patients. She is very through and knows all the medical advances. I cannot find enough praise for her, she is the best.

Office is not run well. Went to Dr.Boccia for many years until I learned that her office staff had filed an ultrasound report that was suspicious without the doctor having been made aware of results. You are not called with lab results, usually do not get results until your next visit, and even then you need to ask about them. Although I had gone to her for a long time I started to feel uneasy about her capabilities. I switched doctors and am extremely happy with wait time (half hour at the most), & every time I have blood work drawn, the office calls same day with results....even if normal!

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Doctor. When I arrived I was kept waiting for 3 hours and 20 minutes. The nurse advised that this is a regular occurrence and not a one time event. Somewhere between family history and my concerns, my visit turned from an annual well patient visit to a diagnostic visit even though I was not diagonsed with anything. This, for me, means the insurance company did not pay for it. She sent me for tests on items I told her I did not have. Once the bill came and I inquired at the office, I was told by the office manager that "if that's what the Doctor put in the file then that's what it is". The office manager also advised that I had been diagnosted wtih items I did not have. When I requested to speak with the Doctor I was told by the office manager that "THE DOCTOR DOES NOT SPEAK TO PATIENTS". Have you ever heard something so ridiculous. They refused to give me my test results over the phone and the doctor refused to return… any of my phone calls. Then I started receiving bills for all the unnecessary tests that she performed. This doctor spent 90% of time she spent with me telling jokes. After having all my records transfer to another doctor, all the results of her tests were normal or negative. This was horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

She is the greatest. Dr. Boccia knows her stuff and fights for you with insurance problems. She is compassionate and also has a great sense of humor. Dr. Boccia has the best bed side manner. With her you are not just another sick person. She treats you like a friend. You leave feeling that someone really listened to you and cares that you get well. She is one in a million. You rock Dr. Boccia.

I am willing to wait because she is so good.

Great doctor

Once I needed a sonogram as soon as possible and she set up the appointment from the exam room STAT. They saw me right away. She didn't just tell me go have one. She takes care of you until she is satisfied. She is worth the wait.I dropped my old doctor after 25 years when I heard about her and have no regrets. My family all she her now and love her. There should be more like her. I travel 40 minutes just to be treated by her and don't mind a bit.

You may have to wait but she is worth it. I been a patient for about 30 years.
