"I have always recognized that for maximal good health the mind and body must be in sync. My background is in Internal Medicine but I have always had a keen interest in Psychiatry and Addictive Disorders. I recognized early in my career that Addiction is a brain disease. I witnessed many times the shattered lives of not only the addicted individual but family members which in many instances can be affected for generations. The Opulent Health and Wellness family will provide thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, non-judgmental, and individualized care. Your evaluation will entail identifying and treating any underlying psychiatric illness as oftentimes patients suffer from Drug and or Alcohol Dependency, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Childhood Trauma, Sexual Abuse, and many other psychiatric disorders. My background in Internal Medicine allows me to evaluate and treat metabolic or hormonal illnesses which can affect your generalized health which can impact your mental health."
