Use to be the very best. NOW, I'm just a number. What a waste of real talent as a doctor....she's is burned out.

Lost compassion, caring, personal touch and I thought she was my angel— had both sisters going there because felt best possible answers for health and well being life long. . Yes realize life of a dr extremely difficult while dealing with life and death situations many times. I’m a mere speck on the chart but I have to value my health and I did not CHOOSE TO BECOME A DR. Been seeing Jost for over twelve years. Used to love her but, as she's taken on more patients she has lost that connection with patients. It's more like a cattle drive now. She tends to judge a book by it's cover now too. She has lost her spark as a doctor. Currently looking for a new doctor who has more to offer her patients. Great staff in the office but, without a good doctor what is the point :(

Have been her patient almost 15 years. Thrilled to have found her. Very intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate. She treats me and talks to me as if I have a brain. Allows my input.

I'm also a patient of another doctor in the practice. I called to schedule a physical with Dr Jost and waited 3 months to get on her calendar. When I received the call to remind me of the appointment the office realized it was booked with the wrong doctor. It was another 3 months before I was able to reschedule the mistake. I took off work for the afternoon and headed to the appointment from my downtown location and encountered an accident closing 3 lanes of traffic. When I arrived at the office 20 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule. I've spent more than 40 minutes waiting in her office when I was on time however, she didn't show the same courtesy when my schedule was impacted. The receptionist made no effort to resolve the issue and didn't care when I told her I had no plans to reschedule.

Tends to judge a book by its cover, otherwise she's okay.

Dr. Jost is professional, knowledgeable, has en excellent bedside manner and is excellent at what she does.

I was referred to Dr. Jost several years ago by a prominent pulmonologist in St. Louis because I had very severe asthma that he determined to be allergy-based. Dr. Jost identified the allergies and then treated me. She also detected a very subtle heart condition and sent me to cardiologist for further assessment. I learned that I had very low heart function. Dr. Jost probably saved me from dropping dead of a heart attack. When I had another very serious medical issue arise, she found and then helped me enroll in a drug trial that was being conducted at a hospital out-of-state. That medicine was a life-saver for me. I am very, very lucky to have been treated by Dr. Jost. She is a great diagnostician and kind person, too.

Dr. Jost is the MOST caring doctor I ever been associated with. She follows through with letting you know results of blood tests etc as soon as she has the information herself. She is very intelligent and works with the patient to be sure you understand what is going on. My family LOVES Dr. Jost and feel blessed to have been referred to her for treatment of immunology issues.
