I just wanna say that Dr.Malone is one of the best Dr.’s I’ve came in contact with she took care of My Son K’Juane aka KG as she would call him she worked very hard to get my baby home . He was Born @ 25 weeks premature and has came a long way . Thanks to Dr. Malone he was able to get his Trache removed . He has Grown into such a Handsome Guy you wouldn’t believe it . Thanks again for all of your Help.

My son struggled with recurrent ear infections for about a year, starting at the age of 5. His primary physician was at a loss, and it seemed like he would get better with antibiotics, and get sick again as soon as the course of medication was completed. We were referred to Dr. Malone who knew in about 15 seconds that my son's adenoid was the problem. It was removed and the difference was dramatic. Unfortunately, he got another infection recently and when we made an appointment to return to see Dr. Malone we were informed by the business office that there was an outstanding balance of several hundred dollars that we were not aware of. I am upset that we were not made aware of potential costs of service prior to my son receiving treatment. We have excellent medical coverage, but apparently that is not enough. While the medical staff at Dr. Malone's office is wonderful (as is she) the staff in the business office has been very rude and uncaring. They have denied further medical treatment… for my son until the full balance is paid. I requested an itemized statement 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it.

Dr Malone treated my daughter for obstructive sleep apnea at age 4. She did a tonsilectomy/adenoidectomy. I appreciated her candor and honesty during the consultation. She communicated with us completely before, during and after surgery. I have never been so prepared for what to expect following a procedure or surgery. The recovery was tough, but Dr. Malone prepared us well and we would recommend her to anyone needing ENT surgery for their little one.

Dr. Barbara Malone is honest and ethical and will not do any surgery or procedure just to make a buck. If your health warrants her skills as a doctor and surgeon, please know that you are getting the very best. She will not waste your time or hers by doing a procedure that is not needed. She is honest enough to tell you right there in her office.
