Dr. Wexelman is an excellent physician. Her explanations are thouroygh and she is a very empathetic person. She puts you at ease and empowers you with the knowledge you need to make tough decisions. I'm so grateful to have her as my breast surgeon during one of the most challenging seasons of my life.

A cancer diagnosis is a very scary thing. Dr Wexelman showed no compassion. There were a lot that went wrong w/my surgery, including an infection. Supposedly she does a "hidden scar" procedure, which I guess she decided not to use on me. There is a hideous indented scar.

Not only does Dr. Wexelman have the credentials of an exceptional surgeon, but she also has the bedside manner and empathetic qualities that you need from a surgeon when diagnosed with breast cancer. She explained my options in layman's terms without being patronizing.
