Dr. Chapin is always very professional, very caring, listens to his patients, does not hurry the visit.

Most rude doctor ever. He is not about providing care to patients. I had the worse experience seeing this man, it was awful. Not to mention he rushes and doesn’t even listen to concerns.

I did not think I would ever get control of my diabetes. Dr Chapin has helped me get control of my Type II Diabetes when no one else has been able to help. Yesterday my blood sugar was 110!!

I was referred to Dr. Chapin for a parathyroid problem. I had never even heard of that disease? Anyway, he had me do some testing and it turned out that I did not even have a parathyroid problem after all, I was just low in Vitamin D. I was very greatful that he was able to diagnose and treat my problem correctly.

My doctor sent me to Dr. Chapin to get my diabetes under better control. His staff was nice and he saw me ahead of my scheduled appointment. After finding out about me and an examination he presented the options improve my diabetes. He made it clear that I had to do my part, and let me decide which of the available medications I wanted to try first. I like his style and smile. He is the best. Moe from Laconia

I went to him because I have had problems getting the correct thyroid dose from my regular doctor. I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews on the internet about him. Those bad reviews could not be more wrong. He listed to my problems and I found out I was not taking my pill the way I should have been. He made the right dose adjustment and I now feel great. There are a lot of haters out there, don’t believe every you read on the internet (accept this of course ??).

Barrett Chapin was the first specialist I went to see. I was well prepared having written down all my symptoms and concerns. He said all the symptoms were just because I was getting older! I am 62 years old. He did not order any blood work or other testing. Of course, I did not go back to see him again. After seeing real specialists I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Sjögrens Syndrome. Thanks for nothing Barrett Chapin.

RUDE,OBNOXIOUS,OFFENSIVE AND I WOULD BELIEVE THIS IS ONE OF HIS GOOD DAYS

I have had nothing but a bad experience since I started seeing drs through lrgh. I was referred to him and left the office in tears. He dismissed all my concerns.tried to talk me out of having a biopsy done and also called me heavy and made me out to be some lazy over eater when I told him I have gained 15 lbs in 2 months and I have never had an issue before with weight gain and was very concerned. I'm not sure how he still has a job or is getting referrals. I would not refer him. He is simply working for a un earned pay check. There is nothing worse then feeling hopeless and having a dr do nothing for you. Overall worst experience I have ever had.

Long time patient who had to fire Dr Chapin for his lack of ability to foster any concern for well being or health concerns. Expected better but in the long run disappointing, should have listened to the Nurses who gave me the inside track on this guy. Great staff shame the Doctor does not have the same attitude the staff has.
