I cannot express how impressed i am with dr balot and his office. Dr balot is a straight up fantastic physican. I would recomend this office to anyone looking for a new pcp!

Typical Mom full of pride of her successful Son, the Doctor, and her husband, another Doctor. She is merely riding the title and thus ruins the family practice. Stay away. I will not let her take my co-pay and finance her life.

Dr. Balot and the nursing staff are professional and courteous. The show attention to detail and go out of their way to accommodate the patient. Overall pleasant experience. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Dr. Balot's wife who works as reception. She will interrupt you, talk over you, and arrogantly speak to you. She has a nasty attitude and will take it out on you both over the phone and in person. She has zero customer service skills and is an overall detriment to this practice. I am sure the venom she spits to patients has hurt this practice.

Have been a patient at the office for the past 6 years. It is a busy office. Although there is often a considerable wait to be seen it is understandable. The attention to detail & the thoroughness of care each patient is provided counters the wait. The staff is top notch. They have on more than one occasion truly gone above & beyond to help me. Setting up appointments with specialists for me. Procuring reports & test results from the specialists and taking the time with me to understand the findings.

Do not go to this doctor. Dr. Balot is a sham. You wait over hour to see him and if only gives you less than three minutes of this time. During that he incredibly distracted. My mom has been complaining about headaches for years, and he ignored her symptoms. After years of complaining he finally recommended her for MRI, but it was for a test she can not have due to her medical history. Which he actually paid attention and looked at her file he would know. In addition, the people that work for him are awful. Especially, his wife. She has zero business being in the medical field. She is a miserable, miserable person. Who soul is black. She does not care about patients she resents them. She bullied my mother because she had go into pre-surgical about and interfering with thier "vacation time". Like the whole point of a pre-surgical appointment is to have couple of days before the surgery, it's not like she had a choice. Overall, stay away. There is a reason why his son does not even… want to work with him.

Dr. Balot is pretty good. Spends a good amount of time with you in the exam room and his nurses and assistants are fantastic. The reception staff however need to go. There are three women, there and every one of them are rude and nasty. Totally unprofessional as far as I am concerned. I have never seen anything like it in my life. None of them should be dealing with people at all. He will definitely lose a lot of patients due to their behavior. I have many friends who went to him and a lot of them have left him because of these women. So not good for business.

I was very happy with the staff overall - caring and friendly. Dr. Balot, despite being obviously overbooked and a bit rushed, still took the time to listen to me and provide good advice. I understand that with the way insurance companies pay nowadays, he probably has to overbook to earn a living. He is a bit abrupt over the phone, but I chalk that up to having to make a gazillion phone calls - that he does it himself and doesn't leave it to a nurse pleases me.

Dr. Balot Is an excellent diagnostician. He is very caring and spends quality time with his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Balot if you are looking for a new primary care physician.

Good doctor but his wife Karen was the rudest person I ever met. I am sure his business will suffer if he continues to let her represent his practice. She is an arrogant individual and because of her my family & I will no longer be his patient's.
