Be careful before you consider this place. I agree with the other negative reviews. But if you do have to go, make note of the following: 1) Appointment time - Be prepared to wait upward of 2 hours for an appointment. You will be very lucky if the doctor can see you within one hour of waiting time. The actual time you will spend with the doctor is going to be very short (sometimes less than 5 minutes). He's very busy and it feels rushed. Make sure you have all your questions ready otherwise once he's done he's gone. Make sure you bring something to do. There's no posted wifi in the waiting area and cell signal is really bad inside. Make sure you clear your calendar because you'll be there for a long time. If you can make the earliest appointment in the day that would be better (but you'll still have to wait, I have no idea why). 2) Billing/payment - Make sure you pay while you're there, even if the receptionist tells you that they're very busy and that they will send you a bill… afterwards. Do not take their words for it, insist to pay. They will not send you a bill. Instead, they will go straight to a collection agency. I'm trying to deal with that now for a bill that I've never received, while trying not to let this affect my credit report negatively. 3) Treatment - Please do yourself a favor and ask for a 2nd professional medical opinion. You may find that what's told as necessary is actually optional.

My wife and I know it was our good fortune to have selected Dr. Barry Fung and dr. Lien Nguyen as our (Ophthalmologists, beginning with the very elegant office and extremely competent staff and ending with the great operating room nurses at Regional medical center. We received what we considered the best treatment we could have expected.

Dr. Barry Fung and his medical staff are a great team. We feel confident and satisfied in their services, and that's why my wife and I can say we are in safe hands, as far as our eye care is concerned. Thanks to Dr. Fung and his staff.

Extremely professional service with very assuring and detailed explanation of pre and post surgery. Courteous staffs with professional attitude on all occasions. I am very confident to recommend their services to anyone.

I recently developed a problem with my right eye that was diagnosed by Dr. Fung as a cataract that need surgery. Even though I lost complete vision in my right eye Dr. Fung assured me he could correct my visiion. His staff worked with me to schedule my surgery between other medical appointments I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Fung and his staff for any medical issues you may have with your vision.

Dr. Fung is a kind and very caring eye surgeon. I trust him very much. Also, whenever I have an appointment with him, his staff makes me feel very comfortable. I recommend Dr. Fung to all my friends and family. His office is an excellent place to get your eyes taken care of.

(99204) Initial eye exam [10 minutes]: $250.00(92020) Gonioscopy [Not even sure if this was performed]: $60.00(76514) Pachymetry [Not even sure if this was performed]: $60.00(92225) Dilation exam [20-30 minutes]: $85.00Told the receptionists that we only need basic eye and retinal exam but was performed the above four procedures without being informed about the charges and purposes in advance. The "Description of Service" on the bills listed the codes without the name of the procedures so we have to call or mail them to figure the charges out. Very irresponsible billing.All the procedures were performed by the receptionists, not by the doctor. The doctor only TALKED to us for 15 minutes mainly for promoting his solutions to eye dryness, which can easily be found by googling and was totally unrelated to our major concerns on our retinal.Feel like being robbed.

I saw him 4 times for a minor problem in my eyelid. He didn't solve anything. I need to see another doctor.
