Dr. Bassel Kisso, MD

Terrible experience. Took months to get files from other docs, they didn't follow up. Very dismissive about symptoms, poor bedside manner. Ended up going to Mayo for treatment, and he refused to cooperate with their recommendations. Altogether a very bad experience.

Doctor was rude, unfriendly and didn't seem to care.

After waiting 45 minutes, I was placed in a room and in walks Dr Kisso demanding to know why I was there. I tried to explain that I had several issues and he didnt seem willing to listen. He quickly looked through medical records I brought with me and informed me that I had many EGDS and did not need another Colonoscopy. I was near tears when I left. He did not ask me any questions and I felt that I my concerns were not of any importance to him. I will never return to this office again.

Dr Kisso and his office are very unprofessional. They do not work well with patients and all have a bad attitude which is directly reflected by his demeanor and management. I visited him once, he put me on medication. Medication which in turn made me sick. I reached out to make sure this was normal, the way this was handled seems as if I called somewhere they did not know medical terms. I would not recommend him or his office if you are looking to be treated by someone who cares and knows what
