I rarely go online to check or write reviews about anyone. But I could not but do it for this wonderful amazing incredible surgeon. He is so wonderful, caring, smart, compassionate and understanding. he made me feel like one of his family members. He treated me like human, not like a patient. I wish he does everything else other than orthopedics, because I would want him to be my DOCTOR for everything. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Dr. Elhassan

He is soooo amazing

Dr. Elhassan is a one of a kind person. He travels all over the world doing mission work, creates his own surgical procedures and still has time to devote so much time to his patients. I always felt like I was his top priority, he listens to his patients. The surgery was not easy to recover from and the cast was not a enjoyable but he helped me through it all. He took my calls and responded to all my questions. I have never experienced care like this from another provider. He truly cares with his whole heart and has the brains and skills of a leading surgeon. I thank him every chance I get for everything he has done for me.

After 6 different unsuccessful surgeries and as I started to lose hope, one of my friends who was taken care by Dr. Elhassan advised me to go and see him. Despite the difficulty to go and see him since I live in Alaska, I would say it was one of the best thing I have ever done. He was such a nice man and surgeon who gave me all his attention and did very focused exam that no one else did before and gave me an optimistic expectation about additional surgery with tendon transfer. I truly trusted him and went through the surgery. the post surgery was rough but was very worth it. Now I am a year after surgery and feel my shoulder is almost back to normal. I am able to do what I love to do, hiking, kayaking, playing different games with my children. I am forever grateful for you Dr. Elhassan for giving me my life back.

Dr Elhassan operated on our daughter and we will be eternally grateful to have found him. He explained every detail in terms she could understand and took time to answer all our questions. We followed him from Mayo Clinic for care and travel anywhere in the world if need be to see him. Absolutely wonderful! There are not words for how thankful I am for finding Dr. Elhassan. I have seen many skilled surgeons in the past and it wasn't until I met Dr. Elhassan that I got my life back. He did a shoulder reconstruction that he created and I am able to do more with my arm than I ever thought I would be able to do again. I cannot recommend him enough. He is not only a skilled surgeon but a wonderful human being as well.

I was told many times in the past there was no options for my shoulder. Dr. Elhassan changed my life! He gave me my arm back. He was the most caring human being I have ever met. He took time with me to explain everything, he came after hours to visit me in the hospital and whenever I had a question after surgery he called me himself to go over everything.
