Saw him at the La Jolla Scripps. I had a mild heart attack and Dr. Bulibek helped me through it. He was friendly, attentive, and most importantly knew what he was doing. Couldnt have asked for a better doctor.

If you want to go to a doctor that is not only highly intelligent and knowledgeable within the medical field but also someone that loves what he does and is super personable look no further! I saw Dr. Bulibek when I was going through severe heart issues. He was attentive, and knew exactly how to take care of my problems. He was my doctor up until he moved. If he’s practicing in your area I highly recommend!

Dr. Bulibek was called to consult on my case while I was in the hospital. He was thorough and personable. When he left, the nurse told me he is an excellent doctor who is well liked by the hospital staff. Although all the heart tests performed in the hospital indicated my heart was in good shape, Dr. Bulibek ordered a stress test out of an abundance of caution. This test revealed a blockage and need for an angiogram. Dr. Bulibek explained everything to me thoroughly and ordered immediate follow up treatment. He is a friendly, kind, well-respected doctor with a fascinating back story of how he came to the U.S. from Russia at 17. His English is excellent, by the way. I highly recommend him.

Dr Bulibek is awesome. He diagnosed my medical condition correctly and expedited my treatment. He spends plenty of time with me at office visits and explains my condition so that I understand it properly. I absolutely love this doctor.
