Dr. Belinda Graham

I visited this office to get relief from coughing and runny nose. I was diagnosed as having allergies to every air pollutant tested for. I was prescribed several different medicines over several months. None gave relief. I then requested to be tested for food allergies. I was informed that I tested negative to all foods I was tested for. The doctor prescribed injections, starting with 2 per week and gradually reducing the number over several years, to zero. I reported that I had done research and preferred the oral drops. I informed the doctor & nurse that I have a needle phobia. Upon my leaving the RECEPTIONIST came out of her enclosed office area to me to encourage me to take the injections, including her statement that their youngest injection patient was only months old. I took 3 injections a week apart and stated I'd take no more. Oral allergy medicine was ordered for me. After several weeks I was invited back to get the meds. There were 4 bottles, color coded by a sticker on the… bottles. I began the process, then noticed that the bottles & packet they came in were not labeled with any information regarding the manufacturer, dates, name of medicine or anything other than my name handwritten on the packet that held the 4 bottles. I spoke with the doctor, by telephone, regarding the lack of professional information on the bottles & packet holding the bottles. She stated that it was the same medicine I received via injection. I do not feel that it was the same because the oral droplets obviously contained sugar, which I doubt the injections would contain. I trashed the bottles of oral droplets and discontinued my relationship with this office.

Dr. Graham has been an excellent doctor to my daughter. It took several years for my family to find a doctor who could find a diagnosis for my daughter's medical issues. Dr. Graham ran several tests to get to the root cause. Now, my daughter is finally living a normal life and has been taken off several misdiagnosis medications that other specialist. God answered our prayers when Dr. Graham came into our life. She is highly recommended.

I recently took my 9 month old and had the worst experience. They did the skin test which takes 15-30 minutes. However, we were there for almost 3 hours. We barely saw the doctor or nurse. The doctor seemed like she was in a rush to get out. She stood with her hand on the door handle the entire time as if she just wanted to leave. There was no explanation given about the results. Seems like she was confused and clueless. I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I will be doing the follow up oral challenge tests and annual check up for my baby at another practice. The doctor seems incompetent and doesn't seem to care. In addition, the staff in incredibly rude and does not follow up on phone calls. When I asked about test results they didn’t know how to explain the blood work results and I was told by the nurse that she does not know the categories for allergies. Overall, very disappointing to deal with an incompetent staff.

Dr. Graham has treated my young daughter with allergies for years. She really helped us identify complex allergies and developed a good action plan.

Dr. Graham is a very thorough physician. She spends the time taking and understanding your history and then comes up with the best treatment plan for you. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Her staff are amazing from front to back. I was greeted with a smile and never felt rushed even with the phone ringing and other patients waiting to be checked in or out. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The team atmosphere at this office is unlike anything I have seen. The office supervisor even came in at one point to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I understood my treatment plan. Highly recommend this office!
