I'm giving Dr. Gustafson a 5 star review because I sought her out on purpose. She is the point, and I imagine that the people she helps and deals with have a higher proclivity to lash out in a public forum with their claws how they can and give poor reviews. That's the person I want to help me, someone who helps those that are so defensive with their walls and their claws that they erect a spiky barrier around what should be just a tranquil lake. So cheers.
