The office is very unorganized. My Appointment was for 10am. I wasnt checked in the front window for 30 minutes. Wasn't called back to go into a room until 12:30. Medical Assistant was very bland, not warm at all. Used a regular adult cuff on a bariatric patient. She tells me its very high. No wonder because she used the wrong size cuff on me. My first impression was unfortunately not good. Doctor spent 10 minutes with me. Three hour wait to talk to the doctor for 10 minutes. Staff wasn't compassionate. Doctor was very laid back and did seem very knowledgeable. Please get your staff in order Dr. Biteman they are very unorganized and not approachable.
