Dr. Benjamin Adam Dennis, MD

Dr. Benjamin Dennis is the ruddiest Dr I have ever met. Tries to act like he is better than the “average person”. I would not suggest anyone waste your time and hard earned money on this Dr. unless you like to be talked down to.

I am currently in billing problem. On 10 10 I had the patch placed o n to monitor my glucose for 7 days. I returned on 10 17 to have patch removed. My ins paid for 5he 1st visit and denied the 2nd visit advising the practice that the second charge was not my responsibility. The ar double billing me and I can not get any one to review the charge and r e move it. I gave provided a copy of the El and reps of my insurer have had several conversations with the customer (NO) service number. Now threatened with turning over to collection agency. I have done all I know how to get them to understand I do not owe the bill. In today's mail I received a statement for a charge for a Jan visit. I paid my copay mentioned but this new charge doesn't reflect it.I have respect for Dr Dennis but their billing procedure is terrible.

I went to see Dr. Dennis and after waiting over 2 hours he came in with an attitude. Don't know what happened before I got there but it had to be something. He was short (both literally and figuratively) and arrogant. When I mentioned we had my labs done 48 hours earlier and that they had been sent to his database, he said that was simply unacceptable and that he had to order them and that they had to be done there. He also instructed his nurse to take me back to the "cell" and let me sit and wait a while! When I explained that anyone could understand my reluctance to have redundant labs done within 48 hours he told me that I should go back to my primary care doctor! Then he instructed one of his people to "make sure I got my deductible back" and basically told me to go. Where did all that anger come from? Anyway, don't waste your time....one of his girls told me there were plenty of endocrinologists in town and I left still wondering wth just happened! STAY AWAY!

Dr. Dennis is knowledgeable and courteous. The entire experience was pleasant and I highly recommend!

It's not very often you meet someone and know immediately they are in the wrong profession. Dr. Dennis should be in research, not working with people. I wish I would have read reviews before the insult of his visit. Terrible.

My first impression that he was caring and nothing like senior staff Dr. Leichter. He was very unprofessional and didn't want to hear anyone but himself speak. Was not concerned one bit about my labwork other than to accuse me of not taking ANY diabetic meds. Other health conditions and meds were not concern to him and he discharged me on my first visit with him! If you have concerns, long health history, Do NOT go to this inexperienced, rude, unprofessional, doctor! Report him and any other doctor like him to GA Medical Composite Board. You shouldn't have to put up with crap like that!

Waited 3 hours. He totally ignored an off the chart blood test result the first time and wouldn't give me the blood test results the second time. Had a 1pm appointment and was the last to leave. Wait was too long. He saw a drug rep before me and then was short with me when he did see me. Only gave me 2 minutes and left for the day. Would never see this doctor again. Ever
