Dr. Benjamin Guillermo Vazquez

Dr. Vazquez was one of the most rude, inconsiderate doctors I've ever interacted with. A family member of mine is dealing with severe alopecia, and it's unfortunate that he's the only doctor in town with experience in this area because his bedside manners are absolutely abhorrent. He speaks down to you and interrupts if he disagrees with what was asked or spoken, he uses the fact that he records conversations with his patients as a way to threaten to you to stop disagreeing with him on what was said in previous appointments, and he uses his position as a man with authority to belittle the women who are seeing him. There's a reason our primary care physician told us that he has stopped recommending his patients to go see Dr. Vazquez, and this is exactly why. We should have listened. Read the room, Dr. Vazquez, and do a little work on yourself. Other doctors in town and your patients are talking about your gross behavior. I would never recommend him to anyone I know.

He is such a LOVELY dermatologist! He is so kind with his approach and explaining everything that I had on my skin. He is also very thorough and it is helpful to know I'm in good hands with a Mayo trained dermatologist!

I went to see Dr. Vazquez for a few spots on my face. He looked all over my skin and found a couple of skin cancers. He discussed the diagnosis with me in layman's terms, and I am now cancer free. I will be back.
