Dr. Benjamin John Ngo, MD

Please use caution! This doctor seems like a decent doctor, knowledge wise, however, it is nearly impossible to get care or an appointment. The office is very unprofessional and difficult to navigate.

Dr. Ngo is overwhelmed by patients that he gives his cases to his co~ gi doctors. He will not think outside the box and will never do. He is a liability to Cleveland Clinic

Is has taken me two months of phone calls to finally get the nurse on the phone that conducts the screening and she met me with a really bad attitude. this is the second phone call wirh her. I received the same reception the last time I tried to get my screening by phone completed. She stated "the doctor is really backed up, we don't have any time until late Dec" basically telling me to find another doctor. Today she wanted to know if I was sure my insurance would pay and would not go on with the screening. Needless to say I will not be using Dr Gno ever

Genuinely concerned with the patient. He listens and uses his knowledge and experience to obtain the diagnosis. He uses two side approach, doctor/ patient to establish treatment. I did not get the usual feeling like the doctor is some kind of divinity and the patient just need to listen and follow directions. I have been with other doctors that have been given up, but doctor Ngo did not.
