Phoned 3 times to B SURE Dr will help me told her needed BOTH knees TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY both ROTAOR CUFF surgery, NEUROPATHY, SPINAL STENOSIS etc she was soo sweet & REASSURED twice Dr WILL help & prescribe ALL my meds incl pain meds got there next day she COMPLETELY ignored me, I was asked if needed someone in room w/ Dr & I? I said NO! got in room she was in there typing EVERYTHING HMM STRANGE wondered Y cuz I said NO! Dr knew Y I was there had records & talked to her typing B4 I got in room, he askd kinda snotty! SOO what can I do 4 U? & askd 2 short questions the ENTIRE time that he knew answers to & just sat there like he was bored!, after explaining ALL he said RUDELY I CANT HELP U! on my way home, I hurt HORRIBLY how I was treated I cried & wondered Y? thought long about it I now felt it was a SCAM! I TRUELY felt they have experience doing this, NO! people waiting area & NO cars in parking lot I should have tookthose asa sign,he wasted time 4 the $500 office FEE! just… like the previous review on his website!
