Had me so over-medicated to the point of near death, meds that didn't work for me to the point of near death, office staff is wife, who is disorganized and flaky, doesn't complete important paper work like FMLA and disability. He is rude and has no bedside manner.

After seeing Dr Frank he ordered several tests his office never followed up with the results. After calling several times I was told that they were having trouble getting the reports from hospital where test was performed. I then get a letter that he is closing his practice and relocating. The letter is dated 2 weeks after he saw me as a patient and I didn't receive the letter until a month after I had my visit. Very very unprofessional!!! I had to call hospital myself and get my tests results sent to my general practician. Seek another doctor!

I have been going to Dr Frank for several years now. While I admit, his mannerisms, do take a little getting used to, please do not mistake them for lack of compassion. I have had epilepsy for a long time, and went from having frequent seizure to having none. He worked hard with me, changing my medicine to get the perfect combination to help me. I have always gotten in when I needed to and never waited more than 5 minutes. I love his staff, very friendly and nice. I am not sure why others had a problem!

went to see Dr. frank. Said he would order me xrays and an MRI... His office never followed thru. Totally disregarded my severe back pain. My opinion? Find someone who will be more concerned about your well being. This guy is a joke! He didn't however forget to bill my insurance company!

The most rude doctor I have ever come across. I was screamed at over the phone by this man for not taking a medication I later found out I never needed in the first place . His diagnosis was totally wrong which I later found out from two neurologist . I don't recommend this guy too anyone . Scary!!!!

Very condescending and rude. Office staff is disorganized and flaky. No diagnosis. Will not be going back.
