I want to thank Dr Vazquez and Paula for more than brightening my day. Some years ago I was made to feel uglier than ever after a silicone injection in my upper lip formed a granuloma. I’m so pleased with how pretty my lips now look. Thanks for restoring my face Dr Vazquez! ??

Unfortunately, my experience with him was absolutely devastating and I have to live with my disfigured body because of his negligence.

Don't even know where to begin on how happy I am with Dr.Vazquez and his team. 5 years not feeling comfortable with any doctors to actually perform my breast augmentation. I met Dr.Vazquez and his knowledge impressed me so much that I said let's do it. Then I met his team and his fiancé and forget it that made me so comfortable that I couldn't wait to get it done. I did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of people but they made everything so clear and so Assuring. I am 5 months post op and my results :) well ask my husband. They look real and feel real. I have had procedures done by many doctors around the country and Dr Vasquez combined with his “Assistant “ wife are the WORST. I went in for a chemical peel and he told me my lips looked horrible and had to be filled with a foreign substance. The chemical peel was HORRENDOUS. I screamed, cried and begged them to stop. I was absolutely tortured. He used needles for a pain block . The right side of my face dropped like I had a stroke. He dissolved my fillers in my lips, put new filler in and ruined my lips. They are money hungry vultures. I spent $2100 to have my face ruined. Now I have huge bills to fix it. He has no idea what he is doing!!!!!!

I initially went for botox and juviderm at Dr. Vazquez's Cocoa Beach location (Brevard Medi Spa.) As he was numbing me we talked and I learned he was a plastic surgeon. I ended up having a consultation at that visit. As a mother of 3, and turning 47, I picked at every part of my body I didn't like. He made me feel so comfortable and told me what he could do and how he'd fix it. Low and behold he did fix it! I feel amazing! Dr. Vazquez, Paula and his entire team were wonderful, warm and caring. Thank you all and kudos to the Allure staff for being so attentive and awesome!

Dr Bernadette Vazquez is Amazing! I had a dream for a healthier body type and he helped me achieve it! His office staff (is #1 rate) Paula took amazing amounts of time explaining details to me. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Everything was well explained to me and my husband Since I came alone from out of state they arranged for private nursing care for me. My nurse was tender nurturing and helped aid in my recovery. Dr. Vasquez made a very important recommendation to have post surgery lymphedema massage for handling fluid retention. This was a great decision I followed through with. *Dr. Vazquez truly treats the WHOLE person. He is an exceptional plastic surgeon. I would highly recommend him and his care team.

I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Vasquez..about 4 yrs ago. I would give him a "c". I waited some time before posting any review to really give my objective comment. He is very pleasant as long as everything goes well. Once things get a little sour I hes not as pleasant. Make no mistake Plastic Surgery is a business and once they have your money ..pray for everything to go well. Nothing against Dr.Vazquez is just the nature of the beast. He has good credentials thats why I decided to go to him but im kind of disappointed with the results ..first and foremost he left my scar too high and i cant wear a low bikini without showing my scar. The other thing ...i had a square body before a little better square body now...so for the kind of surgery i tell my friends dont do it. The pain is not worth it. The othet issue is that ever since i did my tummy tuck im bloated after i eat. So yes my body improve a bit but not much....my scar didnt heal properly either and he had to do a scar correction which i had to pay....i feel i shouldve not been charge for it but whatever. The good thing is that im alive to tell the story so i have not recommended him but i cannot say hes a bad doctor either..i just expected better results. Hope this helps......?9

I have always wanted to have a nose job, but I was very afraid. From the first time I met Dr. Vasquez and his staff they made me feel like family, they were very support it all the way. It has been the best decision I have ever made I love it I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Vasquez and all his staff, they are so professional, caring and amazing.

Pre-op: I was scared, I had thought about this for a long time before proceeding. I felt secure after I sat down with him and and discussed exactly what I was expecting to look like after. He really took his time with me just during a consultation and he was able to answer all my questions for me before I even asked. He explains every single little detail, again and again and again. He tells you exactly what you should do after surgery to make sure you get the maximum results. Staff: So his assistant, Vicky, is the sweetest person I have ever met. She made me feel very comfortable both before and after surgery. Always seemed so sincere and also extremely knowledgeable. Barb, also NEVER forgot to schedule me an appointment (she actually stops me before I leave every time) She is very present to talk to and actually keeps up with all the patients. I love her vibe, she becomes very motivating during recovery time. Procedure: My mother had a tummy tuck and lip done in 2010, and I recently (in May) had a Brazilian butt lift or fat transfer. Post-op: You might be scared, you might look weird the day after surgery, but the staff did a good job in letting me know everything that was going to happen and might happen.He called me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing, the day after, and the day after that. He called me to ask how I was feeling for 3 days. That alone makes me feel that I am in good hands. Not to mention, every single time he has seen me post op he always makes sure everything is going well on my end. (My recommendation, follow his advice to the T and you will get marvelous results.) *There are before and after pictures in his office. Please check them out. (Ask for them) I am still seeing the doctor post-op but I am loving the results. I feel amazing! * One of my favorite things about Dr. Vazquez is that he enjoys his job. You can feel it and see it in his work ( especially body contouring). I've never seen anyone so excited not just to do the surgery, but to see his work after. He takes extreme pride in his work. He took the time to see me MANY times pre-op AND post-op to make sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, he is highly recommend by my mother and myself.

My experience with Dr. Vazquez and his staff was excellent. Every one specially Dr. Vazquez treated me with care and respect. He took all the time I needed to explained the procedures and healing time, giving the tools to appropriately manage my and my family's expectations. The office staff was very professional when discussing pricing and costs. On surgery day, everyone was extremely caring and attentive same as for every single follow up visit/ appointment. I will rate Dr. Vazquez with 5 Stars and would recommended to all my relatives and friends (which I already have) for his professionalism and beyond excellent results.

I LOVE MY RESULTS AND EXPERIENCE WITH DR. VAZQUEZ!! I was referred to Dr. Bernabe Vazquez by my best friend from Nassau Bahamas. She got a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation. Her experience and results were so amazing I decided to contact his office for a quote. I wasn't looking for any plastic surgery at the moment but I figured it wouldn't hurt to contact and get a quote for a BBL (Brazilian butt lift), as it has been a dream of mine. BTW I'm from Toronto, Canada. They were so quick to respond back to me and have a phone interview we quickly proceeded to book the surgery within the same week. How many times do you find an honest doctor, especially in Miami? With Dr. Vazquez, no need to worry! Not only is he AMAZING as a person but also very honest. He will not allow you to waste your money on a procedure you do not need, even to his detriment. He treats your face and body as it were his own. He's caring and gentle. His staff, OMG, like the best!!! If you want the best look in Miami, go to Dr. Bernabe Vazquez! I promise.....YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

The BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I was referred to Dr. Vazquez by a friend who had her tummy tuck done by him. He explained to me that the technique that he calls "The Miami Tummy Tuck" is not done by anyone else and is designed to create maximum waist line with a shorter scar. I felt very comfortable with him as he is very easy to talk to and truly explains, in detail, the procedure, whereas most doctors do not take the time. I booked my surgery that day and it was the best decision I have made. I am 6 months post surgery and am soooo happy with my result. I'm looking forward to this summer and my new bikini. Would nevergo back to this office , had my breast done with Dr vasquez few year back .went back like 6 times after surgery cause my inplant dropped he said he would fix it after a year and when I went back he said he would half to charge me cause its been a year . They tell you what you want to hear untill they need to fix what they responsible for . Tried to get my file from them and all I get is the run around . Onces again they tell you one thing and do the oopposite . Paul the so called manager is full of herself . Do your homework ladies .

I was referred to Dr. Vazquez by a friend who had had a tummy tuck and breast lift by him last year. She has a beautiful result, which speaks for itself, but what really impressed me was her tummy, which was the main reason for my consultation with him. Dr Vazquez is my one and only plastic surgeon! I have basically grown up with him as he did my first saline breast augmentation 13 years ago. Since then I have replaced my saline implants with silicone (as I wanted to go larger), I have had my upper & lower eyes done and have had numerous facial injectables done. He is a master at knowing what looks good on a woman and although it took me a while he convinced me to inject my lips. I absolutely LOVE my lips. They look so natural. I have recommended him to all my friends & family members. I absolutely love him!!
