Dr. Bernardo Flasterstein, MD

Very poor bedside manner from the appointment person and doctor. I did not like that I had to speak aggressive just to get him to stop and listen. Not everything is yes and no answers. You have to give people a chance to explain certain things so that assumptions aren't made. My son was very stressed out and the doctor wouldn't understand. The doctor seems to know what he is doing but the approach to patients and parents is not ok. Extremely rude. The rest of the staff was great. If the doctor is this way how can you trust him with your child.

Why this doctor would pick a specialty with children is well beyond me. He is not kind, caring or good at putting children at ease. He made a lot of assumptions about my child and his behavior having only met him and asking him one question...his age.

Very knowledgeable doctor! He may come off as blunt at first but as I was him more often, he is a jokester. He answered all of my questions. He diagnosed my 4 yr old with epilepsy after an EEG right on the same day! He loves to show my son his magic tricks and gives him animal crackers. Wait times vary when I go, but it is to be expected when visiting any doctor's office. Great staff! Tip: be patient (staff is appreciative)

Dr Flasterstein is a magnificent Dr, he spends all the time needed and always explains the problem. He has been the greatest help and has helped my Daughter with her Migraine headaches. I recommend him with no reservations.

Love the legacy place office. Very convenient with the other specialists there. He always takes the time with my child. Would highly recommend!

Excellent physician! We have been seeing him for several years. Always spends time with or child and jokes with them/makes them feel at ease. I do not know why people complain so much about waiting at the doctor's office. I do not think the wait time in this office is any more than my pediatrician or any other doctor our family sees. I think experience and efficiency are more important that having to wait.

Great bed side manner, great care and good diagnosis. He knew the right treatment and our son headaches went away. From 2 headaches a week he has had none in 6 months. We are thankful to him.

Dr. Flasterstein has shown that he is caring and knowledgable and explained to us in terms we could understand. ( Didn't talk down to us) Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has similar problems and needs a pediatric neurologist.

Dr. Flasterstein was very knowledgeable and spent considerable time explaining epilepsy with me concerning my daughter. She was diagnosed and is receiving ongoing care.
