I very much appreciate Dr. Chen. I feel he listens well and will work with mt in guiding my healthcare in the area of Urology medicine.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Chen's knowledge and the he also makes you comfortable with his recommendation(s) with a plan going forward. At this point my PSA is such that we can just monitor the situation and am having no trouble with urination or other problems. The staff has been courteous, and wait times have no been very long. The office is clean and well kept.

They are very professional and care about my concerns and health questions. I had not seen them for about 5 years as I was being treated by my primary care physician. However, when I met with Dr. Chen it was as if I had just seen him the past month. We were able to address my health concerns quickly and efficiently. His PA, Arie, was extremely reassuring and capable when she had to use a catheter and pain was minimum. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his staff without any hesitation.

There was some minor trouble with the appoint scheduling, but overall it was not a problem. I did get an appointment pretty quickly. The practice staff was very courteous & helpful. I had forms that needed to be filled for work & they were extremely helpful & handled them immediatly. Dr. Chen himself was very knowledgable & approachable. He spent a good amount of time explaining my condition, answering my questions, & establishing a treatment plan. This is a wonderful practice, & I feel that I'm in very good hands going thru my current health issues. I highly recommend him & this practice.

Difficulty w/ making appointments. The staff make scheduling errors as to which location. Also, went to the ER and needed to follow up w/ him within 3 days, very serious issue and they scheduled me for a month later. Wondering seriously if I should find a different Dr. Don't know if I want surgery performed by someone w/ only 8 yrs of experience. He, along w/ some of his staff are very friendly!

I didn't get far enough to see Dr. Chen. When I called to make the appointment, the office employee was very rude and abrupt. I decided to find another doctor that hired more caring employees.
