Dr. Handwerger just performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I am so happy. I have not been able to see this well in a few of years. She was very thorough and explained everything to me ahead of time so that I knew exactly what was going to happen. She herself took the time to call me to see how I was progressing. I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with her. I highly recommend Dr. Handwerger.

Dr is very personable and explains all problems in detail. She addresses all your questions and make you very comfortable. All surgeries and procedures have been successful and painless. Office staff is personable and accommodating to all your scheduling needs.

I was referred to Dr. Beth Handwerger, Ophthalmologist, by my family physician, and I must say it was the best choice for me. After a thorough exam she set up a plan for my overall eye care, including watching the slow development of cataracts. She kept me informed and advised me on when it was time for surgery. No one looks forward to eye surgery, but being thoroughly prepared really helps. Thanks to Dr. Handwerger, I was prepared. She explained my cataract condition, my surgical options and my post surgery expectations. At the surgical center in Exton I interacted with many of their professional staff. They were all great. They also made it obvious how much they respected Dr. Handwerger, constantly informing me that I had the best surgeon. They were right. The surgery went smoothly as scheduled, and the recovery was easy. I never had any irritations or discomfort. And my vision has never been better! Thank You Doctor!
