Dr. Bettina Gisela Veronneau

Dr.Veronneau is always very thorough and follows through with recommendations for healthy lifestyle changes.

Don’t risk this doctor if you really need a doctor and not just a check up. She wants easy patients that she is able to collect their money and not have to do any real medical practice. My family member nearly died after they went to her with severe and serious symptoms. She blew them off and told them nothing was wrong, even though she ran no tests. The next day my family member wound up in ICU after emergency surgery and sepsis...a severe infection in the blood. Not once but twice she told my family member nothing was wrong after 2 doctor visits with her and the same symptoms!! Then after she found out she never followed up to see how my family was doing and never returned any of the surgeons calls prior to the surgery so he could get info. The surgeon even said he was concerned about this doctors competency and lack of compassion!! Stay far away from this doctor, if you want to live and have your symptoms taken seriously. I am an RN and know nurse practitioners who do a better job!!

I've seen Dr. Veronneau for several years and absolutely love everything about her, she is not quick to prescribe medication she actually suggests alternatives prior to prescribing most medications. She is very personable and very responsive to emails! I love her nurse as well, she is very quite but extremely knowledgeable and sweet.

Dr. V has been a huge help with making me feel better about my life. I have sent several friends to her. Great lady.

I have been with Dr Veronneau for couple years. I never see her Nurser with smiles on the face. Sometimes I had to wait for about one hour after checking in before seeing doc. But recently I was told I was one minute late for my appointment at 8am. They kept letting me wait without telling me how long i had to wait. I asked the receiptist twice that i would come back reschedule the appointment if i had to wait until 11am. But She kept telling me that they would check me in any minute. After about one and half hour waiting. I went and checked with the Nurser. The nurser told me that i had to wait till 11am. I said you should have told me earlier. Of course I was not happy at that time. Then the Nurser start yelling at me. I said why your voice was louder than mine. She even said you started. This is how the Nurser treated her patience.

She's been my doctor for the past 13 years, and I wouldn't go to a different one! She is very personable yet remains professional, and actually cares about her patients which is a rare find these days.
