Dr. Bhairavi Darshan Patel

Bhairavi D. Patel and her staff are very unprofessional and lack common courtesy and manners. It took 2 weeks just to get a phone appointment and this being my first appt; they scheduled it for 12pm on a Wednesday. Tuesday; (the day before) I received a text to confirm. I confirmed. Next day, Wednesday at 9:45am; a staff or receptionist called me to ask general questions; such as how many pregnancies and so on. Confirmed video phone appt at 12. 12 came. No phone call. They are at Lunch from 12-1:30pm. 1:35 came; I called them. They told me the doctor would call me back by 5pm. So... doctor Bhairavi D. Patel expects me to wait around until 5pm as if I have nothing else to do. I have children, work, and a household... never received a phone call. Called Dr. Patel back at 4:35pm ; staff said she will call me back. Dr. Patel finally called back and was rude on the phone. I was eating at this time. Mind you... I had things to do during the day... but had to put life on… hold because I was not sure when she would ever call. I explained to her that I was not happy with her service and that she should be more upfront with how her telephone appts. work. She got mad and hung up the phone. I called back. Her staff said she told them to tell me to go to Lap Corp. Lap Corp for what? I had not been given previous instructions or reasons why. The whole point in getting a doctor was so I could be treated for my pregnancy. This is my first time meeting you via video chat; you are rude, inconsiderate of my time; getting paid for this call because I know you are billing my insurance and can not show any respect? Not only do I not know how many weeks I am; I am over 35, usually have an anterior placenta, have had multiple csections and so I am high risk. I do not feel contractions or baby movements with an anterior placenta. So I need my doctor to attend to my concerns. This doctor could care less. She didn't want to get back on the phone so she had Jamie call me; one of her assistants and Jamie told me that someone would call me from an OB within 24 hours. I asked which OB and she said she did not know. That this is what the Dr. told her to tell me. Wow. So I'll be switching doctors. Already starting off on the wrong foot and I don't need to be stressed for my last pregnancy. Some Doctors get into the field just for money or maybe she was stressed out but she should be used to dealing with different kinds of patients. I am the customer; not her. I don't need to make her feel safe and well. I don't need her to get paid either off me as a patient when she lacks communication skills and proper manners. I'll be looking for another doctor. Very disappointed. I do not recommend Dr. Bhairavi D. Patel in Apple Valley, CA with Alpha Care Medical Group.

Dr. Patel is in my eyes very incompetent. Does not know what forms to give you when she sends you out on referrals. Will give you an appointment at 9 and show up at 10. If she makes a mistake guess what it's your fault. I wouldn't see her if I was you unless you have an attorney along with you, record everything take photos she does not even deserve 1 *

long waiting hours.. unnecessary tests... does not want to hear your health issues and wants you to come back months later for another evaluation...staff are not friendly either. do your self a favor and find another doctor.

Have no idea about the doctor but the office staff is awful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The wait times are 2 hours plus. Why set appointments if you can't get in.

She is the best doctor that I have been to since I have aged,(this is first time I have ever been this old). Never knowing if some symptom is one with which to be concerned Dr. Patel never, ever made me feel uncomfortable. She is a Godsend!!

Services I have received from Dr. Patel trump any service I have had in the past with any physicain! She addressed my health needs and made changes in my medications that have benefitted me tremendously! As a result, I am making progress after having a CVA. I think she is definitely the physician for me!
