Was going here for years but the staff is rude and useless. They run tests that are not needed. Never going there again.

Doctor is good but horrible, pathetic & impolite staff! Staff will not listen and will hang-up on you. Due to the staff, you can never reach the doctor on time.

I have seen this doctor for 3 times for sever chest muscle pain. He has sent me for GI and cardiologist unnecessarily. I been to both the doctors and realized that there is nothing wrong in my stomach and heart. He didn’t even prescribe medicine for the pain, instead asked me to take Tylenol. Everyone knows to take Tylenol. One more thing is, he calls for follow ups unnecessarily and we end up paying 200$ every visit. When called on sever pain, he ask me to go to urgent care. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone.

One does not need an appointment to see Dr. Ojha. Although he does have appointments, one can just walk in and be treated. When I am ill I don't need to wait days for an appointment. I just walk in and am treated "immediately"-meaning I wait my turn just like everyone else. Waiting time depends on how busy he is. He accepts many types of insurance, and self pay. He has been my primary care physician for several years. I have lived in the vacinity of Rocky Hill all my life- well over 60 years. I had to change doctors when my doctor became to old to practice medicine and needed to retire. I grew up in the days when doctors made house calls and had daily office hours.

oh sure, I know Dr.Ohja...my opinion don't go. go somewhere else. why you ask? even if you wish to Self Pay. he will let you have a broken leg and are in extreme pain. He just might do to you what he did to me. Let you suffer and send you to the ER for re evaluation. Should have sued him for malpractice. Then again I have never sued anyone. And I am not going to start with him. However, I will let people know about my personal experience. What a sorry excuse for a "care professional" Go to urgent care!

Dr. Ojha is not a bad doctor but on several occasions I, and other patients, have had to deal with one person who is quite rude. I noticed that a Philipine woman who was a very good (a lot of people requested her) assistant is no longer there. When she left, patients refused to go back. No wonder. One assistant in particular mixed up my information making it difficult for my insurance to make proper payments. She then yelled (liteerally) at me. She treats others the same way. She has no customer service skills and that is another reason why patients are leaving. I understand that she is in charge of dealing with state vaccines after the other assistant left. This girl is so incompetent that Ojha had to pay a large fine because of her. And Ojah STILL keeps her on. Forget it. I will go where the staff knows what to do and the doctor values competent people.
