Dr. Bill Wayne Berry, MD

Dr. Berry and his nurse were not wearing masks, in close proximity to me, in a closed room. The only time he put a mask on was to do the exam and then quickly removed it. I felt very uncomfortable, as they clearly had no concern for my wellbeing during a global pandemic. I would give zero stars to this doctor if I could.

I was referred to Dr Berry's office by my primary care physician. Dr. Berry and his staff have assisted me with both routine care for an ear condition I have as well two non-routine instances. They have been thoroughly professional and informative about my condition, what they were doing, what I should expect, as well as answering all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better specialist and like the heading states, I highly recommend him and his staff. In addition, the audiologist in his office has been approved for VA Outpatient care. Though pleased with the actual care (though not the scheduling) from the VA for my hearing loss, the distance involved and uncertainties of tunnel traffic makes care on southside a much better choice.

Unprofessional as a physician, no follow through with patient, staff is unprofessional and rude.

When I entered Dr. Berry's office I was greeted by his super friendly office staff. After a short wait I was called back to see him. I found Dr. Berry to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my problem, chronic sinusitis. After my evaluation, which was very thorough, I was given treatment options to consider. We talked about them and decided on one. After my treatment was completed, guess what? No more sinusitis!!! Dr. Berry is awesome and I would NOT hesitate to recommend him. Four stars all around!!!

Dr. Berry showed me my ear problem was actually from allergies. Nice to know I don't need all those antibiotics anymore!! : ) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Berry!

Dr. Berry has performed two ear tube insertion surgries for me i the last 2 years, one with a regular tube and one with a T-tubes. He and his staff are professional and have been a pleasure to work with. Wait times are minimal and he provides good information and takes time to answer all questions. His new address is 828 Healthy Way, in Chesapeake I believe. A good ENT doctor in my book.
