Dr. O’Brien was wonderful! He was very kind, took the time to understand and address my concerns, answered my questions and provided me with a plan of care. Never felt like he was in a rush and was genuinely committed to helping me but also making it a great patient experience.

Dr Obrien was able to diagnose and treat and resolve my problem through non-invasive processes and meds. I appreciate that he likes to give the body time to heal in its natural way before moving to more aggressive treatment. He is always professional yet personable and speaks in language easily understood. In addition he listens to my input and takes it into account to determine proper action. Have recommended Dr Obrien to others!

He is very prompt, organized and can't explain technical issues in layman's terms. In addition, he is well synchronized with his staff. The entire process for hearing tests and other evaluations was seamless.
