Dr. Bon Chang Koo, MD

Mr. Koo (who doesn't even deserve to be called a dr.) was the most rude and most arrogant human being I have ever met in my entire life. We asked if he spoke Korean since we were more comfortable with the language. He flat out says no, it's kindergartener level, and then went off and start talking not considering if we understood him or not. His behavior certainly was like a kindergartener. When we try to explain things, he cut us off and told us that he didn't want to get into the weeds of things. Really? That's what you tell patients who want to understand their issues. A-hole is the only word that came to my mind. As a Korean, a person who even has a Korean name like Mr. Koo. He should not be so proud that he can't speak Korean or be arrogant about it. We will certainly not go back to this a$$hole and will be looking for a "real" doctor. And I will surely leave plenty of feedback all over the internet.

Have been seeing Dr. Koo for many years. Always answers any questions I might have and full explains treatment options. Excellent demeanor. Office is professional and never overbooks.
