Dr. Bonnie K. Case, MD, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Case for many years. She is a good listener and never makes me feel rushed. If she is running behind her staff always lets me know and when I have complex problems she takes the time to understand them and formulate a plan to evaluate them. I have sent many friends and family to her.

I was in for a 6month checkup last week and was to have a EKG, I waited 45 minutes and no one came to do the test. This is the second time they put me in a room and forgot about me . They need to take of this problem with their staff or they will lose more patients. I'll be looking for a new doctor. I need a practice that cares about their patients.

She is an outstanding doctor who is caring, patient and intelligent. She resolved an on-going problem that my sis ter had for over a year. I can absolutely trust her. She is not judgemental and furthermore, she can refer a specialsit who can really help.

Every time I try to get an appointment it's for at least a week away...how is that convenient? I once was there for the worst strept-throat of my life and fell asleep in the exam room. I woke up an HOUR later and still had not been seen. When I went out to inform the receptionist she acted like she had no idea I was even in the exam room. I'll be searching for a new PCP.

My experience with Dr. Bonnie Case was wonderful. She was referred to me by my sister and i have to say, I too will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. She is very caring, concerned and attentive to all of your problems and questions. I cant say one bad thing about the doctor or my experience with her medical office and staff.
