Was having trouble getting my type II diabetes under control. Dr Kimmel is very patient and personable. She takes the time to evaluate and explain your medical needs. My blood sugar is now lower and very stable. She is almost always on time for appointments I give her my highest rating and am glad she is my doctor.

Dr. Kimmel is by far the best doctor I have ever seen and trust me that is a lot. I have been a Type 1 for 20 years and she is the first doctor that I feel like gets it and that I can be completely open with.

I've been to a lot of doctors over the years and Dr. Kimmel rates very high on the satisfaction scale on the first visit. She has been following up with me due to some medication changes, which is refreshing these days. I live in a "Fringe" market and decided to migrate my care providers to John Muir. there is no comparison in the level of service, well worth the time commuting 30 miles to see professionals.

I saw Dr. Bonnie Kimmel for the first time today, and I am very happy I found her. She is smart, quick, personable and non-judgmental. I wish she could be my primary care doctor. As a new patient, I had to wait for over 3 months to get an appointment with her, but I feel it was worth the wait.

I LOVE this doctor. She has the most awesome bedside manner of all my doctors. Dr. Kimmel is on top of her game and with her knowledge and compassion, she has completely turned around my diabetes. My one complaint? I wish she could be my primary care dr...............

I relocated back to the Bay Area and all the established doctors were not taking new patients so I decided to give Dr. Kimmel a try. Boy was that a mistake. She took me off medications which were working for me for years, made errors in calling in medications to the pharmacy, and blamed me for these errors. Luckily, I was able to transfer to an established doctor who months later is still trying to straighten out the damage Dr. Kimmel has done. Stay away from this doctor.
