I'm essentially paying out of pocket so took the time to request CPT codes when my routine bill came back at $1,022. After some back and forth I was told Dr Vastola was responsible for putting in the codes to be charged. I was double charged for 3 tests, but under 2 doctors, despite only seeing one. When I wrote to the Dr asking why the double charge, she said a new bill would be sent and closed out the conversation. No apology, no explanation. So now no trust. I can't trust a doctor that double charges and doesn't have the human decency to apologize for an "error."

my daughter was due to have a life change surgery and was not informed she needed 6 months consecutive doctor visits in order for insurance to pay for the procedure. She had gone through extensive visits per her understanding with Dr. Vastola and various doctors involved..according to her insurance her primary doctor understand the qualifications but disregarding following through with my daughter...true lack of sensitivity and incredible mistake on her part..considering litigation due to neglect ..

Dr. Vastola is a wonderful caring doctor. She is very knowledgable and not afraid to admit when she's unsure (she consults with other doctors or does research). Recommend her to all my friends.
