If you would like to visit doctor’s office to be overcharged AND insulted, you found it. Otherwise, please go elsewhere. Even after receiving a call from my insurance, they still attempted to overcharge! I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. Reported non-compliance of “in-network” office to my insurance, and moved on. To be fair, I did not get a chance to learn enough about the doctor to pass judgment, except I was told he does not take or return phone calls. It may not be the case, but the office staff makes communication with dr. next to impossible. In my opinion, not worth it.

Your nephew Zack Klopukh needs to his uraine to be checked for some reason his pee is not purple and is yellow for some reason please send help

I am new patient to urology specialty group. Dr Boris Klopukh exceeded my expectations the experience with the doctor was beyond belief. I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care provided during my first visit. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family member. Dr Klopukh is knowledgeable, caring, great diagnostician, strong experience .This first time visit has met my expectations and beyond. Dr Boris Klopukh is the best urologist!

Nasty support staff. Doctor needs to educate himself on Social Security. Failed to give me proper alternatives for surgery.

Unprofessional, negligent attitude to the patient. My husband had problems, went to this doctor. No tests, no ultrasound, just a finger examined. They took the money and that's all. The problem, of course, has not disappeared anywhere. Went to another doctor, it turned out there was inflammation. So I do not recommend this "specialist" to anyone.

I had been a patient of dr Klopukh for over 2 years. As I got older my condition worthen. Dr Klopukh didn’t checked me manyaly or took urine sample during the last visit and he performed cystology test without any anesthesia, putting me thru horrible pain. I will never go back and will advice any person to do the same.

Dr. Klopukh is fantastic. I was visiting Miami Beach and needed to see a doctor without waiting in the emergency room forever. A friend of a friend referred me, and he saw me immediately. No wait, no problems, he took great care of me.
