The worst wait time. My appointment was 11:15am. I didn’t get to see the doctor until 1pm.

I could not walk a block without being out of breath.After seeing the Doctor and and using the medicine he prescribed,I am so much better..i am so happy I went to him.

Sad to say the desk workers need to be trained in customer service. They are so busy they sometimes forget the patient is still sitting and waiting.

This review is not for the doctor, because after a 2-hour wait we did not get to see the doctor, but rather for his unprofessional front desk staff. I had scheduled 2 appointments for me and my daughter for 11am. We had arrived on time and filled out the paperwork. After waiting for an hour I had approached the front desk inquiring when we will be seen since my daughter had to be at work by 2pm. I was told that we will be seen "now". After another 15 minutes of waiting, my daughter started getting worried that she may not make it to work by 2pm (the appointment was scheduled for 11am!). She then came up to the front desk with the same "When are we going to be seen" question. Again, the answer is..."now". Again, we are waiting and watching other patients being called in. Another 15 minutes later both of us come up to the reception desk stating that there is no reason to offer an 11am appointment if the wait is 1+ hours. And of course we hear "You're next" from the receptionist. At… 12:50pm I had finally had enough of the unprofessionalism, of the "now" answers, and of not even being offered a simple "I apologize but the doctor is extremely overbooked and you will have to wait for a while" from their rude staff. I had asked for my copayment back, and walked out of Dr.Sagalovich's office not to return ever again.

For me this doctor is the best. He help me a lot with the problem I has for sleep. For me him is Angel God send in my life.

Dr. Sagalovich was sent to me by G-d. I suffered for such a long time and only this doctor was able to diagnose properly and treat me with the correct meds. The atmosphere in his Brooklyns medical office is warm and comfortable. He got such a professional Fiana (nurse if I am not mistaken) who explains everything so patiently, really carrying person. After many years of work together they work as a real team. I advise all my friends and family to go to Dr. Sagalovichs office when they need it.

Dr. Sagalovich saved my life. I think he completely cure my asthma. Great doctor and wonderful man
