I had learned that I had breast cancer. After a failed visit to another surgeon I went to Dr. Mascarenhas, within minutes of meeting nurse Laura and the Dr. I knew that I had found the Dr who would take me through this journey. That journey is now history. Every step of the way, everything that was going to happen was completely explained in terms that we could understand. At each step, everything was re explained and all questions answered in the smallest detail. I was never worried about my care or recovery, and when nurse Laura says there are no silly questions, she really means it. When you receive the news that you have breast cancer, it is totally over whelming, with the care and understanding I received from Dr. Mascarenhaus and his staff, the entire surgery and recovery was I believe as easy as could possibly be expected. I could not recommend this office more confidently.

Had my first appointment scheduled and as I was headed there they called me that he had an emergency. They asked how far away i was and I said 5 minutes. He actually waited for me. During my visit at no time did i feel he rushed through my consultation. His staff is fantastic and made sure our game plan was set in place. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you.

When my wife was diagnosed with triple negative brest cancer, Dr. Mascarenhas stepped up when asked and immediately scheduled my wife for surgery. No more then three days passed once the tumor was discovered and removed. Thank you Dr. Mascarenhas.

Dr Mascarenhas was fantastic. He saved my moms life by removing 8 inches of colon after we found her septic. She had emergency colostomy. His office staff is amazing! Especially Laura. Fantastic doctor!

Dr. Mascarenhas was the best doctor that i have eve been to. he was so sweet and caring, qualities only few doctors have. he was polite and was extremely smart, taking me through every procedure without any complications. we need more doctors like him
