Brad J. Pfeffer, M.D. is a board-certified general and interventional cardiologist at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Carroll Hospital, which are part of the LifeBridge Health Cardiovascular Institute.Dr. Pfeffer started his career as an interventional cardiologist on Sinai's cardiovascular faculty. Since July 2015, he has been actively involved in the development and advancement of transcatheter coronary and structural heart interventions at Sinai and Carroll hospitals.Dr. Pfeffer's interests include transcatheter treatments for severe symptomatic aortic stenosis and complex percutaneous coronary interventions for ischemic heart disease. He leads busy clinical practices at the Michel Mirowski Medical Office Building, the Quarry Lake office in Pikesville, Md., and Carroll Hospital.A native of Potomac, Md., Dr. Pfeffer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from George Washington University. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his residency at the NYU (New York University) School of Medicine, serving as chief medical resident. He also completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Pfeffer served as chief fellow during the final year of his cardiology fellowship.
